DESCRIPTION:

SCHILLER offers a range of high quality Toilet Cubicles which feature a non-ferrous metal framework and waterproof panelling and doors. The system therefore, is ideally suited to areas of high humidity and constant use. It is extremely rugged while at the same time eye catching owing to its unique design. It does not employ the traditional “pilaster” approach thus allowing wide access to each cubicle. Every order is made against individual specifications to fit exactly into the space allocated and is supplied in a kit form ready for immediate installation.

COMPONENT SPECIFICATIONS:

Panels and Doors

All of the panels and doors are made from 12mm thick Solid Compact Laminate. This material is a solid phenolic resin which is 100% waterproof, will resist the attack of acid and is easily wiped down. It is an extremely robust material which is virtually indestructible.

Framework and Hardware

All metal components are non-ferrous and therefore will not corrode. The framework is made from grade 316 stainless steel tube which is highly resistant to attack by acidic and alkaline based cleaning agents. Door hinges, locks, coat hooks, floor and wall plates, panel brackets etc are generally made from a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, brass and polypropylene. This combination of materials, each of which has been developed, tried and tested over a long period of time, ensures complementary performance and longevity.

Finishes and Options

SCHILLER Classic Cubicles are supplied as standard with a satin polished stainless steel framework system. Other specific finishes may be available on request. A comprehensive range of plain colours and patterns is available which may be specified by the customer. The system is offered in a variety of formats and may be ordered for specific needs such as wheelchair accessibility or for changing rooms. They are also available with “cut away” doors for children’s use, as illustrated to the right.

Installation Procedure

Each range of SCHILLER cubicles is made to customer specification against any of the four layout configurations shown below. They are available as left or right hand hinging which should be specified at the time of order. Installation is quick and easy and no special tools or equipment are necessary. Assuming that the actual measurements provided at time of ordering are consistent with actual on site measurements after tiling/wall covering, there should be no need to cut any of the components supplied. All necessary fixings are provided and the installation is achieved by firstly building up the frame after which the dividing panels, in-fill panels and doors are fitted. The doors are supplied with hinges, locks and coat hooks pre-fitted.

Ordering information

When you make an enquiry, we will send you an appropriate sheet; an example of which is illustrated here, which in this case is a typical three cubicle “between walls” configuration. It will be a blank form relative to your initial enquiry and you will need to complete the appropriate details and send it back to us when placing your order. Once received, we will make the cubicles to your exact specification and despatch very quickly including a set of our comprehensive and fully illustrated installation instructions. Provided the central columns are fixed in the correct position (which is of the utmost importance), no problems should be experienced by any competent installer. Previous experience of installing cubicles is not necessary in order to fit the system professionally. However, attention to detail will ensure this pre-engineered product goes together without fuss.
