DESCRIPTION:
This insert bush is made from flexible PVC with a barbed surface area. It is intended to allow for the connection of odd sized waste and overflow pipes to standard 40mm waste pipe fittings. It is inserted into the socket of a 40mm solvent waste fitting and the pipe to be connected is simply pushed inside as illustrated. The pipe is self-sealed by the flaps which feature inside the insert as illustrated. It is useful for any size of pipe between 25mm and 35mm in diameter.
Please note that solvent weld glue should NOT be used with this fitting.
