Hi Flow Chrome Plated Telescopic Inlet Anti Siphon Bottle Trap

DESCRIPTION:

The Anti-Siphon Valve which features on this trap is designed to neutralise negative siphonic pressure in the waste pipe system. It does this by introducing air into the waste system and eliminating gurgling. The valve is activated (opened) by negative pressure detected in the pipe work.

It allows for the free entry of air without the escape of any foul gases. A discharge of waste water causes the valve to open, thereby releasing the vacuum and facilitating the safe passage into the waste system.
