Toggle Lock Chimney System - Structural Locking Band

DESCRIPTION:

Toggle Lock insulated chimney system is designed for internal and external use, and comprises of a range of straight lengths and associated fittings and accessories. It is available in two nominal diameters, 130mm (5") and 150mm (6"). The 25mm insulated annulus ensures minimum heat loss, maximum draught and minimal condensation. It features an inner lining of 0.5mm thick 316 grade stainless steel and the outer surface is made of grade 304 stainless steel of 0.4mm thickness. The 25mm annulus is insulated using rock wool. Components push together and are secured with a toggled Locking Band included with each piece, other than terminals. Two Locking Bands are provided with Tees.

The Toggle Lock Chimney System has been specifically designed to meet the needs of customers requiring robust and economical insulated double wall pre fabricated chimney systems. The system has been assessed and certified to EN1856: Part 1. Typical applications include the exhaust of flue gases from boilers, stoves and heaters. The system is available as standard in a bright annealed stainless steel finish and to order in a matt black painted stainless steel finish.
