Wall Mounted Gas Valve - for N.G. and LP.G.

DESCRIPTION:

Wall mounted gas valve come as a complete unit containing a metal box a wall mounted gas valve (8mm x 10mm) and a plastic cover. It is mounted into the wall similar to how a light switch may be mounted. In the centre of the plastic cover there is a small disc that can be removed to allow with the aid of a flat head screwdriver to switch the gas supply on or off.

These are typically used just before a gas cooker and can be used isolate the appliance for repair without affecting the other gas appliances. It is also useful when there are small children in the area of the kitchen the gas can be turned off when not in use so if cooker knobs are turned on and left on by accident a dangerous amount of gas wont be able to escape into the room.
