Pex Pipe Clamp

DESCRIPTION:

Loosen the bolts, open the jaws and pass one half of the clamp around the pipe. Re assemble the clamp and tighten the bolts with the allen key until the pipe is flattened and the water flow is stopped. 

When emergency is resolved, reverse the procedure to resume water flow. It may be necessary to reshape the pipe after using this tool.

Used to isolate services on plastic pipes circuits and flexible hoses to avoid draining down.
